The Arapahoe Campus High School?building is located on 25 acres of Founders Village.
Site facilities include: a sod softball field with complete chain link fence enclosure, Breeze running track, sod football field, sod soccer field, and a tennis court with a chain link fence enclosure
Foundation & Structure:
Footings and foundation walls,?masonry bearing walls, structural precast, structural steel frame and masonry veneer.
The building landscape consists of sod, 90+ trees, 20 masonry planters and plantings, 40,000 SF of concrete sidewalk and 2+ acres of asphalt parking.
Carpeted classrooms, VCT in all corridors and science rooms, and a maple wood gym floor.
Fully adhered EPDM membrane and ballasted EPDM membrane.
Painted CMU and gypsum board walls. Plastic laminated casework with type school fixtures. Science room fixtures and equipment.
Masonry colored CMU veneer and structural block.
Masonry, steel framing with gypsum board.

An approximately 16,000 SF addition to the existing structure. New fire sprinkler and new fire alarm throughout the existing building, ADA upgrades for interior and exterior of building, and renovations for building security.
A district-wide stadium complex, located in the Parker area near Newlin Meadows. The 5,500 seat stadium has an artificial field for football, soccer, and lacrosse, home and visitor stands, locker rooms, and visitor facilities.
A 73,146 SF school located on 10 acres in Parker CO, Stonegate subdivision. This two-story school utilizes high performance design, including block veneer, steel frame and a structural floor on spread footings.
A 132,414 SF middle school located on 22 acres in the Founders Village subdivision of Castle Rock. The school is two-story block veneer with steel frame structure and has a structural floor on drilled piers.
The existing high school received a 28,000 SF F-Pod addition, including general classrooms as well as two additional science classrooms. Student parking was realigned to improve drop-off and pick-up safety and flow.
